Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination, and are provided during checkout. 

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order using the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses.

 

Returns Policy (Faulty Goods)

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your goods are faulty, you can return them within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the product must be faulty or damaged upon arrival. We require proof of the fault or damage, such as images or videos showing the issue.

Return Window: You must notify us of the faulty goods within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone with your order number and details of the faulty item.  You may be asked to ship the faulty goods back to us in their original packaging.

Refunds or Replacements: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will offer a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty. If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover return shipping costs.
