Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility:
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unused
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
- We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier or postage for returning items.
Certain items (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items) may also be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Start a Return:

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Customers must arrange their own shipping and cover the return postage costs.
- Send your item to 2 Hamilton Street, North Strathfield, NSW 2137.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at freedombuildingconstruction@gmail.com.
