Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own courier or postage for returning items.

Certain items (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or final-sale items) may also be non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact us at freedombuildingconstruction@gmail.com to request a return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Customers must arrange their own shipping and cover the return postage costs.
  4. Send your item to 2 Hamilton Street, North Strathfield, NSW 2137.
  5. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at freedombuildingconstruction@gmail.com.
