Grab rails and handrails require a fixing method suited to the existing wall, floor or supporting structure. FBC assesses the substrate, fixing location and site conditions to determine an appropriate installation method. Further assessment may be required where the existing construction is uncertain

We review the proposed work, site conditions and construction requirements. Some projects may require a site inspection.
Scope & Quotation
FBC prepares a construction scope and quotation based on the available information and proposed works.

Once the project is approved, FBC arranges the work with the client, family, provider or referring professional.

FBC completed an internal stair handrail and shower grab rail installation as part of a Support at Home home modification project in Roselands.
Kellyville – NDIS Access Ramp & Home Modifications
Following an Occupational Therapist assessment, FBC completed an access ramp and associated accessibility works for an NDIS participant in Kellyville.
Hornsby – Anti-Slip Floor Treatment
